The Sam Moore Case has now inspired CBS primetime TV.  In a recent episode of “The Good Wife,” Sam Moore v. The Weinstein Company was credited on-air as inspiring the fictional law firm’s shift in strategy in representing a young Internet billionaire suing a film studio for depicting him in a negative light.  Needing to abandon a defamation claim, the lawyers researched and discovered our complaint and promptly shifted strategy to assert invasion of publicity/privacy and trademark infringement.  This new approach led to evidence and ultimately a big win for the TV legal team.
